I work with adults and adolescents who live with anxiety, depression, addiction, PTSD, and other mood and adjustment issues. I also have experience working with first responders and healthcare professionals, including through WSIB and the Ontario Medical Association Physician Health Program.
My approach to therapy is collaborative. We will work together to help you achieve your goals. I am available to provide both virtual and in-person individual therapy. I also offer a weekly psychoeducational/process group for people struggling with addiction.
I have a master’s degree in social work from Wilfrid Laurier University. I am a registered social worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW).
When I’m not providing therapy, you can likely find me outside running, hiking and birdwatching.
The services I provide at Jett Psychological Services are supervised by Dr. Jett.
