In our busy lives, we sometimes bypass this need, or seek it out in relationships, activities and thinking patterns that leave us feeling anxious, exhausted and lonely. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, a life transition or a loss, I would love to walk with you to create a supportive environment for healing, growth and change.
I provide a compassionate and supportive environment for clients to explore their stories, gain insight, and make the changes to achieve well-being goals. I use an integrated approach that includes a people-centred and solutions-oriented focus based on the client’s strengths and aspirations. I draw on learnings from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Narrative Therapy, as well as family systems, attachment, trauma, addiction and grief theories.
While away from my office, I enjoy spending time with friends and family and appreciating nature.
